An accompanying person is a person who is not attending the Congress in a scientific capacity and does not participate in the discussions, sessions, or presentations. This may be a spouse, partner, or other close person accompanying the participant. Accompanying person status is not granted to doctoral or master's students, or other individuals undergoing academic education.
One-day participation fee includes:

The 1-day fee does not include participation in accompanying events.
The fees listed are net amounts.
VAT at 23% must be added to the Congress fee. Those who finance their participation in the conference entirely with public funds may benefit from VAT exemption. For accommodations in student dormitories, information on how to calculate the amount payable can be found in the registration confirmation/participant profile.
The condition for benefiting from VAT exemption is to send, immediately after making the payment, a declaration in electronic form to the following address: [email protected] on financing participation in the conference from public funds, signed by persons authorized to incur liabilities on behalf of the given institution.
