Information for presenting authors
Oral presentations
Oral presentation times with discussion:
- Plenary Lecture (PLE) 45 min,
- Sectional Lecture (SEL) 25-30 min,
- Sectional Report (SER) 15 min.
Please allow a few minutes for discussion. It is preferable to prepare presentations on a USB drive; due to the tight schedule, it is not recommended to use your own computer and upload the presentation after the meeting has begun. The presentation should be delivered to the multimedia person in the appropriate room no later than one session before the presentation. It is recommended that the presenter arrive at the room well in advance to contact the session chair and familiarize themselves with the multimedia system. Each room is equipped with a Windows-based computer (PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat) with a projector and laser pointer.
The presentation should be prepared in Microsoft Office PowerPoint (version 2010 or later). If you do not have this software, please prepare a PDF file.
If you're preparing a presentation on canva.com, please download it in .pptx format (equivalent to a Microsoft Office PowerPoint presentation). Please do not download your presentation in PDF format, as this may result in text distortion and shifting.
All presentations will be deleted after the meeting is over.
Poster presentations
Poster dimensions: Portrait orientation, maximum size: 1000 x 1200 mm.
Accessories for displaying posters will be provided to the authors. It is recommended that the authors be present with the poster during the actual poster session.
In the case of participation in the "Master-Student" session, both authors are required to be present during the session.
